Often the path of spirituality is taken in order to seek healing and the ability to find relief from our problems. The key is to remain true to ourselves and to never lose compassion for our self and others. Happiness is not achieved by denial of emotional pain but through finding balance with the good and the bad that comes with our life's journey.

"The Spirituality Trap" is NOW AVAILABLE! It is an Ebook available through Kindle, Nook, Kobo and other E readers. The spirituality trap is about my journey as a spiritual life coach and my interaction with clients and other spiritual seekers. This book is about how easy it is to lose ourselves as we go on our spiritual journey. I discuss how to not detach and lose compassion for ourselves and others as we try to find a better version of ourselves. The lesson is that we are enough as we are and we do not have to detach to become someone better.
There is an evaluation of the importance of our feelings, what happiness truly is, the truth about what ego really is and how the most common perception of spirituality has made us unhappy and more judgmental.
I found this book to be important but I have to admit that I was reluctant to write it because I know that it will shake some people up. We need to lose our beliefs about what is right and wrong spiritually and just learn to love and accept ourselves and stop needing to change people.

Life does have its up and downs. I know that i have felt lost often until I started coaching and giving myself permission to be me. I learned how much we are all alike and just trying to find our way through this crazy life journey.
